Meet Your Instructor.
Hi, I’m Emma – a big believer in movement that feels good and does good.
I first came to Yoga for the physical benefits, hoping to support my other activities – but I quickly discovered it offered so much more. Over time, my practice shifted how I approached movement entirely, helping me build self-awareness and a deeper mind-body connection. That feeling inspired me to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, where I deepened my love for this ancient practice and my understanding of yoga philosophy.
Alongside teaching, I work as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and am a Matwork Pilates instructor (Level 3 APPI trained). I bring a strong foundation of MSK rehabilitation into my classes, my aim is to help you move more efficiently, mindfully, and with greater ease.
My Yogalates classes are a fusion of strength, mobility, and mindfulness – blending the best of Yoga and Pilates to help you move with intention and feel more at home in your body.
Off the mat, you’ll usually find me running, swimming or hiking (being outdoors). I’m really looking forward to welcoming you to class and help you move in a way that supports your whole self.

I run weekly classes across Sheffield, open to all levels - whether you're completely new to movement or looking to deepen your practice with more advanced options. Every class is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and full of good energy.
Not suitable for pre/post natal clients.
